The patient was seen for 30 minutes for medication review and follow up. He is working at McDonalds about 20 to 28 hours a week. He reports that his general mood has been satisfactory but did not have a lot of issues to discuss today, and as a result of this, I elected to him just for 30 minutes. He has tapered his nortriptyline to 75 mg at night as directed He is sleeping satisfactorily but not quite a slong as previously and notes that it is difficult for him to get to sleep after he gets back from his job about 2:00 in the morning. He appears to be sleeping a full night however. At this point I would like to continue on 75 mg of nortriptyline and I will see him again in one month.
