PROGRESS NOTES

March 25, 1992

The patient did not show for his appointment today. When I called him, he said he was just getting ready to call me because he misunderstood and came to the Lutheran Family Service office in Prineville to see me. Unfortunately, I will be out of the area next week and will not be able to see him until April 15. We arranged an appointment at that time. I asked him to contact Lutheran Family Service in Prineville in the interim where he is already known if problems arise. He should remain on his same doses of medications.
